This Sunday we are going to try something a little different and live stream our church service. We would like everyone to stay home and practice social distancing as suggested by our governor and president. However, we can still connect as we live stream our church service on our Facebook page at our usual time of 10:45 am. Our worship team will still lead music. Pastor Greg will deliver the message. But you’ll be able to worship from the safety of your home, in your pj’s if you’d like! Please share this so all our church family is aware.
In these difficult times, we need to remember that we are blessed to live where we are free to worship God as we see fit. However, we support the efforts of Governor Mike DeWine and President Trump to prevent the spread of COVID-19. So far Fairfield County has not had any confirmed cases, but we know it’s only a matter of time before some of our friends and neighbors test positive. Chances are, there are carriers of the virus already moving around in our community. In support of the current ban on gatherings of more than 10 people, we are going to live stream our church service so that we can still worship as a church family.
We encourage you to not only watch with your families, but to take this opportunity to invite others to join us. Invite those on our shut-in list. Right now, we can’t visit our members in nursing homes, but if you share this information with them, maybe someone within could share the service with them via computer. Invite your family members, neighbors, coworkers, and friends.
At this point, ALL church activities and events are cancelled until further notice. But we are still family, and if anyone needs anything, call us. Email us. Ask, and we will do whatever we can to help.
