If you’d like to reserve the Fellowship Hall or the Merillat Center for your event, please email secretary@lancasterubc.org or utilize the “Contact Us” page on our website. The secretary can check if there are any conflicts. The secretary checks email 2-3 times a week so please allow a couple days response time. We give priority to church members, but all in the community are welcome to use our facilities for an optional, voluntary donation. Tours can be scheduled as needed.
The Fellowship Hall
The Fellowship Hall is in the basement of the church and has capacity for around 75 people, a full kitchen, and restrooms nearby.
The Merillat Center
The Merillat Center is currently not available for reservations as of 11/30/25.
*Please note: In the case of emergency church needs (funeral arrangements, etc), we will have to give priority to the church event. We will, however, work to see if an alternate space within the church/Merillat Center is available.
