If you’d like to reserve the Fellowship Hall or the Merillat Center for your event, please email secretary@lancasterubc.org. The secretary checks email 2-3 times a week so please allow a couple days response time. We give priority to church members, but all in the community are welcome to use our facilities for an optional, voluntary donation.
The Fellowship Hall is in the basement of the church and has capacity for around 75 people, a full kitchen, and restrooms nearby.
The Merillat Center is a gymnasium with an attached kitchenette. It is an older facility with more limited seating. We currently do not have a refrigerator, but there is a microwave and space to set out refreshments that you bring. There are also two restrooms and a drinking fountain. This space is perfect for informal parties, homeschool groups, and sporting events.
